Kressin Powers Elevates Patrick Greco to Partner and Adds Caitlin Grzymala as Director of Operations

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Kressin Powers is proud to announce the promotion of Patrick Greco to partner and the addition of Caitlin Grzymala as Director of Operations.
Patrick joined the firm in 2021 and has been an integral leader of the team since then. Patrick is an experienced antitrust litigator who has devoted his career to advocating for his clients in front of regulators across the full spectrum of antitrust matters, including civil and criminal conduct investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory filings. “Patrick has been part of Kressin Powers since the beginning, and he has helped build the firm into what it is today,” said Brandon Kressin, Managing Partner of Kressin Powers. “He brings excellent judgment, relentless preparation, and steady leadership to every matter—whether we’re in high-stakes litigation, navigating a merger review, or engaging with regulators. He has earned this promotion, and we are proud to welcome him to the partnership.”
Caitlin joins the firm after a distinguished career at the U.S. Department of Justice
Antitrust Division. During her 18 years at DOJ, Caitlin held multiple litigation and operations-oriented positions, including serving as Acting Executive Officer for Assistant Attorney General Gail Slater until December 2025 and helping stand up the Antitrust Division's Litigation Program from 2022 2024. “Caitlin was known throughout the Antitrust Division as the go-to person for solving complex litigation management problems” said partner and former DOJ acting Assistant Attorney General Richard Powers. “We are thrilled to have her on the KP team as our firm continues to grow.”
