CAITLIN GRZYMALA

Caitlin Grzymala, the Director of Operations at Kressin Powers, is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the firm. Caitlin also works with litigation teams to supervise eDiscovery projects and support overall case management.


Caitlin previously spent 18 years at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division where she held multiple litigation and operations-oriented positions, including serving as Acting Executive Officer for Assistant Attorney General Gail Slater until December 2025. In that role she managed a $230 million budget and ensured appropriate allocations across the litigation, human resources, and IT portfolios of the Antitrust Division. From 2022-2024, Caitlin also served as Chief of Litigation Administration under then Assistant Attorney General Jonathan Kanter and helped establish the Antitrust Division's Litigation Program, streamlining trial support and building out the capacity for complex antitrust trials, including United States v. Google (Search and AdTech).


In her prior work as a paralegal and legal administrative officer, Caitlin supervised paralegals, managed document review teams, and designed workflows for review and eDiscovery for high profile antitrust and fraud investigations. Those investigations often included large volumes of audio and video data. For her service she received the Attorney General’s John Marshall Award, the Department’s highest award for contributions and excellence in specialized areas of legal performance (2022), The Attorney General’s Distinguished Service Award, the Department’s second highest award for employee performance (2014) and five Assistant Attorney General’s Awards of Distinction (2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2019).


Caitlin has significant experience assessing and implementing cutting edge legal software including AI-enabled document review and legal workflow platforms.
