Michael Swerdlow has worked as a law clerk at the Antitrust Division and Federal Trade Commission. At the Antitrust Division, Michael assisted with merger and civil conduct investigations in the healthcare and consumer products sectors. At the Federal Trade Commission Michael supported the work of Commissioner Rebecca Slaughter. Before law school, Michael also worked as a paralegal at the Antitrust Division supporting investigations into criminal antitrust conspiracies.
Michael is a graduate of Columbia Law School. During law school, Michael worked as a research assistant for Professor Tim Wu and wrote multiple articles on antitrust law that have been published in academic journals. He was also awarded a Public Service Fellowship by the American Antitrust Institute.
