Benjy is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Law where he served as a Notes Editor on the Michigan Journal of Law Reform. During law school, he interned in the Washington Criminal Section of the Justice Department's Antitrust Division and in the Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement. Before law school, Benjy worked as a paralegal at a plaintiff-side antitrust firm. He holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University.
